İyiyim, teşekkür ederim.----I am fine, thank you.

Nerelisin?---Where are you from?

Filistinliyim, ya sen?---I am Palestinian, and you? / I am Palestinian, how about you?

Ben  Ürdünliyim.---I am Jordanian.

Nerede oturuyorsun?---Where do you live?

İstanbul’da oturuyorum, sen?---I live in İstanbul, you?

Ben de İstanbul’da oturuyorum.---I live in İstanbul too.

Türkiye’ye ne zaman geldin?---When did you come to Turkey?

Beş yıl önce geldim.---I came 5 years ago.

Beş ay önce geldim.---I came 5 months ago.

Beş buçuk yıl önce geldim.---I came 5 and half years ago.

Uzun zamandır buradayım.---I have been here for so long.

Evli misin? Çocuk var mı?---Are you married, do you have kids?

Evli değilim.---I am not married

Evet, evliyim.---Yes, I'm married.

Çocuğum yok.---I don't have kids.

Üç çocuğum var.---I have 3 kids.

Tanıştığıma memnun oldum.---Nice meeting you.
